This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. We keep it deliberately short and plain.

Secure Homes is a home security consulting venture of Aroha Enterprises, operating in India. Aroha Enterprises is the data fiduciary responsible for the information you submit on this site.

2. Information we collect
We only collect what you type into our consultation form:
- Name — so we know who we are speaking to.
- Email address — to reply to your enquiry.
- Phone number — to call you back and schedule the visit.
- City — to confirm we serve your area and assign a consultant.
- Property type (optional) — to prepare for the assessment.
- Your message (optional) — whatever details you choose to share.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, sensitive information such as financial account details, identity document numbers, or details of your existing security arrangements through this form.
3. How we use your information
We use your details solely to:
- respond to your enquiry and schedule a consultation;
- carry out the site assessment and prepare your security plan;
- follow up about the service you requested;
- maintain our own business records.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We do not add you to marketing lists or send promotional messages unless you separately ask us to.
4. Your consent
We process your information on the basis of the consent you give by submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time by contacting us — see section 8.
5. Who we share it with
Your enquiry is handled by a small number of service providers that make this website work:
- Web3Forms — receives your form submission and delivers it to our email inbox.
- Our email provider — stores the enquiry email we receive.
- GitHub Pages — hosts this website and may log standard technical data such as IP addresses for security and abuse prevention.
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface used on this site; your browser requests it directly from Google.
Beyond these, we share your information only where we are legally required to do so, for example in response to a lawful request from a government authority or court.
6. How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as needed to serve you, and afterwards for up to three years for follow-up, warranty and record-keeping purposes. After that, or on your request, we delete them.
7. How we protect it
The site is served over HTTPS, and form submissions are encrypted in transit. Access to enquiry emails is limited to the people who need it to deliver the service. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to:
- tell you what personal information we hold about you;
- correct anything that is inaccurate or incomplete;
- delete your information;
- withdraw your consent to further contact.

9. Cookies and tracking
This website does not set cookies, and we do not use advertising or analytics trackers.
10. Children
This site and our services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has submitted details to us, contact us and we will delete them.
11. Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, we will update this page and revise the "last updated" date above.
